I thought it was great how you mentioned that pilates can help improve flexibility and muscle tone. My wife has been wanting to get into better shape. It may be good for her to find a place that offers pilates and yoga.

It's so cool that you can increase your lung capacity just by doing pilates. I could use that because I get out of breath easily. I'm really out of shape. I think pilates could be a good place to start in getting healthy.

I liked it when you shared that doing pilates can help to improve the digestion system while normalizing blood pressure. My sister just mentioned the other day that she is having trouble with bowel movements and she is worried if the condition might get worse. I will advise her to do pilates with a reputable fitness center so she gets to recover from the condition.

It's awesome that you mention that doing Pilates can improve your muscle tone. I would like to have toned-looking muscles this summer, so I'm considering attending a Pilates class. I'm going to search for a good Pilates class in my area that I can attend.
